Shop Amazon Warehouse* or Amazon Outlets* for heavily discounted items (think 70-80% off retail price).

Bonus tip! You can search by the amount of the discount. Enter your search term, and on the left sidebar of your results page, scroll until you see the Discount heading.

Hit the minimum quota to get free shipping (hack: if you're under the threshold, add a gift card to your order), or don't worry about it with an Amazon Prime membership.

Select the no rush shipping option

This is available if you have Prime and makes sense if you use benefits like Prime Pantry* or digital products.

When you select your shipping method, there is a "no rush shipping" option. You will see what type of credit you will receive if you opt for "no rush shipping" and decide whether it's worth it for you to wait.

Use your Prime membership at Whole Foods

If you're a fan of gifting food or going in-store for your shopping, make sure to put Whole Foods on your list if you are a Prime member.

Not only can you save on ingredients that you could use for a holiday potluck dish for a get-together, Prime members can enjoy additional discounts on sale items on a wide variety of products in the Whole Foods store.

Thanks for your comment, Debbie. You've made my day again 🙂 People don't have a lot of time but still want to find solutions to their everyday problems. I'm honored that people choose to come to my site as opposed to the thousands out there, so I want to make their time worthwhile. Thanks for affirming my efforts!

I've heard that prices are different in the Amazon site of different countries. You can try a site like Cheap River to compare prices and then by from that particular country's Amazon site. Thanks for visiting, Tanya!
