The best shot we can give ourselves is to be motivated and continually work at it. One of my favorite ways to record this is through bullet journal habit trackers!

    As you saw in a few of the examples above, you can have dedicated spreads to specific habits you'd like to track, or, as I'll be sharing with you now, you can have full pages for all the habits that you'd like to track together.

    Monochromatic grid
