Easy Paleo / Keto Snacks & Desserts [5 Ingredients]

By Sylvia | Mommy Over Work · This post may contain affiliate links, marked with *

I don't usually go on diets, but when I do, I think about eating ALL. THE. TIME. To those on low-carb diets, I've compiled 10 fantastic paleo and keto desserts and snacks that'll curb your carb cravings.

I also took the time to curate a selection that is beyond peanut butter and chocolate because really, you can't eat those two things all the time or you'll get sick of them.

Mango ice cream

Fan of keto ice cream? All you need is a food processor, coconut milk, and mangoes for this recipe. Sweetener optional. (via Beaming Baker)

Two-ingredient mousse

All you need for this keto-friendly recipe are jello mix and heavy cream. The possibilities are as extensive as Jello's selection. An easy, excellent choice, especially if you're beginning the keto diet and want to ease your way in. (via Sugar Free Like Me)

Mocha ice bombs

Mix coffee, chocolate, cream cheese/mascarpone, and sweetener. A double zinger from the chocolate and the coffee. (via Ditch the Carbs)

Coconut cranberry crack bars

Get coconut flakes, unsweetened cranberries, coconut oil, and sweetener in a food processor to make these bars. Warning, as the name suggests, you'll likely get addicted. (via The Big Man's World)

Matcha chia pudding

For green tea lovers, mix almond milk, chia seeds, honey, matcha green tea powder, and a pinch of salt to make this tasty treat. (via Oh How Civilized)

Pumpkin spice cake balls

If you're in the fall mood, then you'll want to try these pumpkin spice cake balls. In a food processor, combine shredded coconut, pumpkin, pumpkin spice, sweetener, and a little salt. (via Pretty Pies)

Peppermint fudge

If you have chocolate chips, almond butter, peppermint extract and 5 minutes on hand, you can make this delicious dessert. (via Beaming Baker)

Key lime fat bombs

Throw cashews, coconut oil, coconut butter, key lime juice, and sweetener in your food processor, freeze, and then you're good to go. (via Real Balanced)

Coconut cookies

The basic cookie is made of shredded coconut, coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Chocolate drizzle and nuts are optional. (via Whole New Mom)

Cloud bread

This low-carb bread substitute consists of just eggs, cheese, and water to make this really simple chip. (via The Big Apple Mama)

(Bonus!) Cauliflower "breadsticks"

I also wanted to share this recipe, which didn't make the official list since it technically is more than 5 ingredients, but nonetheless, you need to try this because it is TO. DIE. FOR. All you need is cauliflower, eggs, cheese, sage, oregano, thyme, mustard, pepper, and parsley. (via Low Carb Yum)

Conclusion

Oh, by the way, the beauty of such easy paleo and keto desserts and snacks is that you can mix and match to your tastes. So while the chia seed pudding above calls for green tea, add coffee is that's more to your liking.

The next time your stomach calls out for food, appease it with these easy and healthy low-carb treats that'll help you with your weight loss.

Is there a sugar free jello pudding option that doesn't have aspartame as the sweetner, as that type of sweetner is extremely unhealthy...

      Hi Yvonne,

Thanks for stopping by the blog! Here's a sugar-free pudding recipe that uses stevia as the sweetener:
