I can give up meat, or give up carbs, but the one thing I can’t give up: desserts. And with the greatness of the instant pot*, which makes dessert super convenient, fast, and easy to whip up, it’s a sign that dessert is meant to be eaten every single day.

Luckily, I’ve got a mix of decadent and surprisingly healthy instant pot desserts to satisfy that sweet tooth whenever the sugar craving hits.

Fudgy brownie sundae

Nothing hits the spot better than a good ole brownie. Okay, I stand corrected. Nothing hits the spot better than a good ole brownie with ice cream, topped with fruit to make me feel less guilty. And in a mason jar to boot. (via Paint the Kitchen Red)

Key lime pie

Fruit makes a dessert healthy, right? Joking, but what’s not a joke is how fast this pie can be made in the instant pot: less than 15 minutes. (via Living Sweet Moments)

Lemon curd

If you can’t get your hands on limes for the pie above, you can top with this lemon curd instead. This smooth, creamy topping is great for flavoring instant pot cheesecake, as a spread for instant pot bread, or in parfait, among other ideas. (via Pressure Cook Recipes)

Dulce de leche

Another versatile topping, a thick, creamy caramel, that’s made from just 2 ingredients: condensed milk and vanilla extract. (via Garden in the Kitchen)

Dump cake

A super duper easy dessert made from cake mix, butter, and filling of your choice. Apple is a good choice, and perfect with the caramel recipe above. (via The Typical Mom)

Fruit cobbler

Just as easy to make as the dump cake is this cobbler. Some yummy choices include peach cobbler, blueberry cobbler, and strawberry cobbler. Or try another filling to your liking. (via Fork to Spoon)

Diet friendly pumpkin pie pudding

Another fruit-inspired, easy dump and go type of dessert that’s very delicious and healthy! Dairy free, gluten free, high fiber, keto, low carb, and low sugar. (via Two Sleevers)

Tapioca pudding

Another pudding dessert that you don't have to feel guilty about, this time made from tapioca pearls. One of the simplest desserts to make, made even easier since you won’t need to soak the tapioca pearls prior to making this treat. (via Pressure Cooking Today)

Maple flan

Another healthier variation of a dessert, this flan doesn’t used processed milk and contains the just enough maple to add the right amount of sweetness. (via Traditional Cooking School)

Peanut butter blondies

Here's a delicious dessert that you would never guess what the base is made from: chickpeas! Yeah, the same stuff for hummus. In. a. brownie. Plus it’s dairy and grain-free, meaning vegan, low-carb, paleo-friendly. Use agave syrup in place of honey and these diet-friendly chocolate chips. (via Instant Loss)
